I sit here with my laptop, staring down at the keyboard before me.

Millions of miles rest between my ship (this email list) and the vast space of the copywriting galaxy.

For what it’s worth, time seems to move differently in this sector.

In fact, the more emails I write, the more time seems to speed up.

I believe soon, I will reach my next goal on this long, interstellar journey.

That’s why I’ve chosen to upgrade my ship with the latest fuel-growth technology from a reputable shop near the Ogilvy Outpost sector.

They call this technology “beehiiv.”

And today, I finally make the switch.

Uncharted territory lay before me, but my hope is that this new fuel-growth technology will support the rapidly changing needs of the great Copy Ship.

In the meantime, the good citizens of this ship may be subject to strange phenomena caused by issues related to quantum entanglement, as our speed increases across the galaxy.

Namely:

  • Reply-to’s may be affected.

  • Email formatting may appear defiant.

  • Email sender may not appear the same as before.

  • And message deliverability may be shaky, for a time.

If you’re reading this now, please take this email as my sincerest apologies while the Copy Ship undergoes these necessary upgrades.

And remember: If you notice any quirks or deformations that may affect the Copy Ship’s hull, do not hesitate to let me know.

Your Copy Captain,
David Patrick
